How to care for your art piece
The art pieces I create feature layers and sometimes rough textures. Regular dusting with a no lint cloth or duster is advised. Laser cut pieces are particularly fragile. An option is to use an inflator (that you would typically use for an air mattress or floatie) to blow dust off the piece.
Packaging
For local pick up, items will not be packaged unless requested by the purchaser
For packages being shipped, items will be securely packed using foam wrap and repurposed cardboard where possible.
Shipping
Generally I will ship via Canada Post, and on occasion with a ground courier. A shipping quote will be provided in advance, and tracking information will be provided to you once the item has shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Should the art work become damaged during the shipping process, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to discuss options.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact me with your ideas!
Please keep in mind that I am unable to exactly replicate previous art pieces, due to the nature of the wood, stain and paint products I use. My process is quite organic, I typically will not provide an advance drawing or mock up for review. For laser art orders, all the files I use have been purchased from designers and have a commercial license for product sales.
Please note: I do not replicate the work of other artists.
What can you expect when you order a custom piece from me?
Once you submit the custom order enquiry form, I will reach out to you to discuss/confirm the details of the art piece, including the price and a timeline for completion. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required, with the remaining balance due at time of pick up or before shipping. You can expect regular updates with photos as the art piece is being created. Once the piece has been completed, I will notify you it is ready for pick up or shipping.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time, however the initial deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned to you.
