Seagulls at Sunrise

Welcome to my first attempt at scrolling a full tree from some local fir board! It sits atop a slice of maple bark that has been sanded down in some areas to create more texture. This piece makes me think of sitting on the coast at sunrise, watching the seagulls make their way to their next destination.
This art piece has been created using:
- Wood art panel painted in distressed black/brown as the frame
- Painted whitewood for the sunrise and water
- Discontinued wall boards for the distant land
- Maple bark for foreground land
- Local fir tree, cut with scroll saw
- Laser cut and painted seagulls
